Pine State Trailer Tags

Click the link below to register your trailer online. To use this service, please follow the instructions below:

• Recently purchased trailer must have an empty / unladen / shipping weight of 3000 lbs or less
  

• Or the trailer is a 1994 or older
  

• Or trailer has been previously registered in your name.
  

***  Trailers must have a 17 digit VIN to register online unless.....

• Trailer is older than 1981 (1980 and older trailers must still have a VIN, but they do not need to be 17 digits in length).  
  

• We cannot register homemade trailers online unless they have a state assigned VIN and a title showing that VIN.
  

Please have the following documents ready before proceeding

• Notarized Limited Power of Attorney.  Print out the form. Form must be filled out and your signature must be notarized.
  

• Copy of the Bill of Sale or Previous Registration
• Copy of the Certificate of Origin or Title

Missing or incomplete documents will delay your registration from being processed.
